How can I check the progress of my delivery?
As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link which you can use to check the shipping status at any time. You can also use the "Check order status" section available in the main menu. Introduce your order number and billing post code and you will be able to track your order.
If you have an account, you can log in and check your order status directly from the tracking button available.X
I would like to return one or more items - but there was no return label in my package. What should I do?
In order to contribute to the Environment, we do not anymore send paper invoices or return slips.
If you want to place a return, you can click here to access the sloggi Online Return Center, where you will be provided with an electronic return label that you may print at home and stick to your return package, or with a QR code to show at your closest dropping point (Evri parcel shop, post office branch or Packstation).X
How and when will I receive a refund for my return?
The refund will be made in 5 working days by using the original payment method once you hand over the parcel to the chosen dropping point (Evri parcel shop, post office branch or Packstation).X
How do I redeem a promotion code?
In order to redeem your promotion code or voucher, please follow the steps:
- - Add to the shopping cart the applicable for discount products
- - Enter the promotion code in the available section, right after choosing the delivery method
- - Confirm
Please note that you can only use one code per purchase and that some codes are valid for a limited time only.X
Can I cancel an order?
Due to our fast processing we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel your order. You can place a new order and/or return your previous order by placing an online return via the Online Return Center. Once your return is received by our distribution center we will process your refund.X
