sloggi provides you with various payment options for your online shopping convenience. Pay with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro UK) depending on which option suits you best.

PAYMENT ON INVOICE - KLARNA

With Klarna you now have a quick and easy ordering process: Order now - pay later. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive the invoice including all payment information by e-mail directly from Klarna. You then have 30 days from the invoice date to pay for the order.

Payment by credit/debit cart

For payment by credit/debit card, enter the card number, the expiration date and the three-digit security code located next to the signature field on the right on the back of the card.

Please make sure to enter your data correctly to avoid delays. The invoice amount is authorised to your credit/debit card account when you send your order. The actual debit is not made until the goods are shipped.

In order to ensure the highest level of security, we offer the 3D Secure Standard for payment by credit card. As a result, a step is added to the online payment procedure. After you have logged in once, you need to enter a code for retailers that offer this service. sloggi guides you step by step through the 3D Secure Standard process during the payment transaction.

Payment by PAYPAL / PAYPAL EXPRESS

During the payment process you will be forwarded to the PayPal page to login in PayPal and finalised the payment. Once payment has taken place, you will be automatically redirected to the sloggi Online Shop.

Note: Please remember that your PayPal account must have sufficient credit for the transaction to be successfully completed.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal once the money has been transferred to our account. You will also receive a second e-mail from us complete with order confirmation.

PayPal is the online payment service for secure, simple and fast payment in online shops - free of charge.

Refunds with Paypal / Paypal Express:
Once the return parcel arrives at sloggi and it is processed you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited directly to you PayPal account within the next days.

To ensure that you order and credit card information are secure, we always send your data in an encoded form. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encoding.

Delivery

Deliveries are made via EVRi by standard delivery within 4-6 business days (including Saturdays). The shipping cost is £ 3.95. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of its status.
Orders are processed weekdays from Monday to Friday. In case no one is there to receive your order, you will receive a card informing you of the attempted delivery along with details about where and when to collect your package. Packages not collected within 20 days will be returned to sloggi.

We also ship to EVRi Parcelshops within 4-6 working days (including Saturdays) with a shipping cost of £ 3.95. Please select your desired collection point while placing your order.

Different delivery address

We can easily send your order to a delivery address in United Kingdom that is not the same as the invoice address.

Shipping status check

You can check the shipping status of your order at any time. To do so, please use the link specified in the shipping confirmation email or the "Check order status" section available in the main menu. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.

Delivery not made, damaged or incorrect

If you do not receive your package although we have sent a delivery confirmation, please contact customer service by email or call +44 (0) 20-34550066. Customer service will tell you how to proceed.
