How to return your order?
Every day around the world, tons of paper are wasted on printing forms and invoices in e-commerce. We believe there is a better way. That's why we've switched our system to send invoices to you electronically instead of using paper. Our returns process offers a quick and easy option to print the return label at home. You can initiate the return process by clicking here:
To make an even bigger contribution to the planet, we have started a reforestation project together with Treedom, which we call the Our Forest. For every online order on sloggi.com that does not generate a return, we help plant trees in Our Forest.
  • What is the return policy?

    You can return your online order within 30 days after your receive your package. Returns are fee of charge.

    When trying on your items, we ask you to observe the general hygiene rules and only try on underwear or swimwear over your own underwear. The items must be in perfect condition (not used nor washed and with their inside and outside labels still attached and without repairs). However, if you use the items beyond what is required for testing/fitting, we reserve the right to claim compensation and to return the goods to you.

    We reserve the right to deduct discounts from the refund value, where applicable, if the discount offer was subject to minimum purchase quantities or values ​​that are no longer met after the return

  • How can I return an online order?

    In order to place a postal return, click here to access the sloggi Online Return Center. Please register your return by following the steps:

    • - Please enter the details of the order from which you want to return items.
    • - Please select the item/s you would like to return and select the reason for the return.
    • - You may print out the return label and stick it on the outside of the return package. Alternatively, you may choose to return with a QR code. Please show the barcode at any dropping point (Evri parcel shop, post office branch or Packstation).

    Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop point within 30 days from the delivery date of your order, before the return period expires.

    If you have already paid for the items, the amount will be refunded to you as soon as they have arrived in our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the amount to be credited to your account or credit card. We always transfer your refund to the account from which you made the payment, i.e., either your bank account, credit card account or PayPal account.

  • I would like to return one or more items - but there was no return label in my package. What should I do?

    In order to contribute to the Environment, we do not anymore send paper invoices or return slips.

    If you want to place a return, you can click here to access the sloggi Online Return Center, where you will be provided with an electronic return label that you may print at home and stick to your return package, or with a QR code to show at your closest dropping point (Evri parcel shop, post office branch or Packstation).

  • Can I exchange my items?

    In order to exchange an item, please return your purchase following the return policy guidelines and place your order again.

  • Can a courier come pickup my return?

    Unfortunately this option is not currently available. You can take your return to your nearest drop point.

  • I have received an item in the incorrect colour or size. Can you send me the correct item?

    We strive to take all the steps for this not to happen. However, if exceptionally you get an incorrect or faulty item, please place a return according to the returns proceedure and place your order again.

  • How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

    The refund will be made in 5 working days by using the original payment method once you hand over the parcel to the chosen dropping point (Evri parcel shop, post office branch or Packstation).

  • Klarna - How do refunds work if I payed with Klarna?

    Please note, if you selected Klarna as your payment method, all refunds will be handled by them. Please contact Klarna directly with any questions or concerns that you may have.
